In this modern society, most of us lead a very hectic lifestyle. We spend lots of time working on computers and looking at our handphones. For those who work in the office, they spend long hours sitting infront of computers or laptops. Many are too busy dealing with their hectic lifestyle and pay little attention of their postures. As a result many are suffering from back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain and even scoliosis and slip disc (herniated disc).
What is the take away from the talk?
Attire / Dress Code
The talk is interactive, with examples, demonstration, partner / group work and also hands on practise of the correction methods demonstrated. Duration of the talk can be either 1 or 2 hours. A 2 hours talk is recommended as it gives more sufficient time to cover the corrective methods which will beneficial.
